8 Week Course

We will meet weekly to help you immerse yourself into the practice of mindfulness meditation, purposely paying attention to things we ordinarily never give a moment’s thought to. The sessions are divided into three parts. Teaching, Mindfulness Meditation and Enquiry. At the end of each session, you will receive an audio recording of your guided meditation for you to continue your practice in the comfort of your own home.

One to one

Not everyone feels at home in a group so if you would like to complete the 8-week course, on a one-to-one basis, I can offer sessions either face to face or via zoom. We can go through the 8-week course, in a more private and confidential space to enable you to ask questions, explore the different sessions and help you incorporate mindfulness into your life

Bespoke

Having bespoke sessions can be something you explore after the 8-week course, or instead of the 8-week course. You can take some sessions from the course structure or focus on something in particular through guided meditation practice. Sessions will be designed to suit you and are flexible to meet the needs of individual clients.
